Thanks for the Radios!

WJTL and Walking in Holiness Ministries want to say thank you for your response to the need for radios in Honduras! There are 3 Christian radios stations there, but many people are too poor to own a radio to be able to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ! Because of your help, many people will now be able to tune into Christian radio! The radios and other supplies you donated are now on their way to Honduras! Check out these pictures! The container is filled with radios and a variety of medical supplies, clothes, educational materials, etc. Thanks again for your help!

Congrats to Eternal Mindset from Lititz for winning the WJTL Talent Challenge at the 2009 Sertoma Chicken Barbecue! They performed the original song You Make Me Want to Sing and won the grand prize!

STRYPER’S NEW ALBUM DOESN’T RELEASE UNTIL JULY 21ST, BUT FANS CAN BUY THE ALBUM ONE SONG-BY-SONG, ONE WEEK AT A TIME BETWEEN NOW AND THEN. Every Tuesday, a new song from the album “Murder By Pride” will be released at iTunes — for one week only — until the album’s July 21st release date.

WJTL Presented with Two PAB Awards

In a ceremony May 4 at the Hotel Hershey WJTL received two awards from the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters: Outstanding Program Designed for Children and Outstanding Radio Website.

Accepting for WJTL were Lisa Landis (Host of the Kids Cookie Break) and Ed Placencia (Video Production Director).
